MyCaliforniaDriverLicense.com /Safety First Driving School does not influence or in any case guarantee the passing of any DMV test for any student.

Contract Term: This contract is valid for 12 months from the date of sign up. A $50 fee will be charged for a 30-day extension if the student fails to complete the lessons within the time limit.
It is your responsibility to complete your sessions within the contract time limit, please give yourself extra time and schedule your session early. This contract cannot be transferred to any other person. A reinstatement fee of $100 is applicable for a two (2) months extension. NO REFUNDS for expired contracts.

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you make every effort to keep your appointments as scheduled. If for any unforeseen reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 48-hour advanced notice is required. $50 will be charged for a late cancellation, No permit, or No show.

Early Termination Policy: If for any reason the student decides to discontinue his/ her enrollment with our school prior to end of the 12 months contract, a $50 fee will be charged plus fees for the lessons taken at a regular price (without the package discount) plus a $30 administrative fee for each certificate that was issued.

Certificate Replacement Policy: The school is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged certificates. Each student will be issued a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of their 3rd session of driver training. A $30 administrative fee will be charged for certificate replacement.

Promotional Package Deals: Package Deals should be executed as agreed upon. If for any reason the student decides to discontinue his/her Promotional Package Deal, he/she will be responsible for the remaining balance at the regular price.
No student is allowed to drive the SAFETY FIRST driving school car after a DMV drive test.
